Pork and peppers in wine sauce

A firm casserole favorite. Yiam vegetable puree is a perfect side. Heating instructions on the jar. Keep refrigerated and unopened for 3 months. After opening consume within 3 days.
Ingredients : Pork shoulder 45%, sweet peppers 35%, onion 5%, extra virgin olive oil 10%, wine, garlic, herbs, mustard, salt, pepper, xanthan gum.
Serving suggestion:  Ideal with potatoes, rice or pasta. Feta cheese or graviera suit it well.
