Tsipouro without anise frozen from the Manolidis estate with a variety of tsipouromezedes yiam.
FIRST
Homemade pasta twisters with pesto from cherry tomatoes and grated cheese, male from Naxos (12 months old) with a variety of fresh cheeses (myzithra, katiki, feta)
MAINLY
Country rooster in a casserole with forest fruits (blackberries, gooseberries, raspberries, berries) and dried apricots. Rice with crust (Persian aromatic)
SALAD
Green salad (boiled lettuce, fresh spring onions, lolarosa, baby spinach, baby spinach, baby beetroot) with roast manouri or roast haloumi and balsamic apple vinegar dressing.
