General Terms

The company under the name yiam.gr Avra Panousopoulou is an online store for the sale of fine traditional products via the Internet, based in Agia Larisas, Place Petromagoula Agias.

The primary concern of the company is to quote the terms governing the rights and obligations of the company itself to all of you who will visit its websites. The purpose is to inform you of your rights and obligations and your best service in searching for and purchasing the products you wish to buy from its store.



An indispensable prerequisite for the commencement of our conciliation between us is the disclosure by you of some of your personal information. When you place an order, we will ask for your full name, the address to which the products sold will be sent, your landline telephone number (or any other phone you want to use for your best service), your e-mail address (e-mail address), etc. and if you choose to make your payments by credit card, its number and expiration date.

By strictly following the data protection principles provided by applicable laws and international conventions, the company will not make any unlawful and unwarranted use. Yiam.gr in no way discloses, publishes, sells, exchanges personal information and information you trust us. Exceptionally, your personal information may be disclosed by the company, subject always to the statutory procedure when required by a Public Authority, a court, etc.

Yiam.gr reserves the right to inform its suppliers with sales statistics, but they will in no case contain personal information that may lead to the recognition of individuals.

Yiam.gr, when making purchases, uses 128-bit (the strongest today) SSL protocol for secure online transactions. This encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name and address so that they can not be read or changed when they are transferred to the Internet.

To facilitate and service all those who want to buy from our store, yiam.gr offers you the following alternative payment methods:

Way and time of shipment

The products are delivered immediately after the payment is confirmed.


Product prices

Prices listed on the related lists next to each product include VAT (24%).

For certain regions of Greece for which reduced VAT rates apply, then the prices of the products are lower than those indicated by the reduced VAT.


Product withdrawal and refunds

You have the right to return the products you purchased, without notice and without having to tell us why you wish to return the products, within 15 calendar days of the date you receive the products.



1. Use of a Customer Credit Card: Yiam.gr undertakes to cover your liability to the Bank that has issued your credit cards (the amount resulting from the credit card contract), in case make use of it by an unauthorized person (fraudulent use of a credit card). This responsibility only covers cases where the unauthorized / fraudulent use of your credit card for purchases at yiam.gr is not due to your own fault or negligence. For this reason, you have the obligation as soon as you realize your loss of your credit card to inform the issuing Bank that it will be canceled and that its use is blocked by unauthorized persons. In case of fraudulent use of your credit card, the money charged to your Bank Account will be recovered or refunded.


2. Advertising messages: yiam.gr allows its users to choose their information about the new products available in the market and for other offers, payment arrangements etc. by sending advertising or informative messages to their electronic or postal address or by phone. Yiam.gr will not misuse the above service. Users are always given the opportunity to stop receiving advertising messages.


3. Cookies: Like most websites on the Internet, we also use cookies in yiam.gr to access certain information whenever you browse with a web browser in our store. Without using cookies, it would be impossible to provide you with important services such as: order status, personal settings (e.g., 1-click order settings), storing items in your cart or your reminder list between your two visits, and so on. 5. Applicable Law: All transactions you make through yiam.gr are governed by International and European Law governing e-commerce issues as well as the Law on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994) which regulates matters on distance sales.
