Mixed salad with grilled manouri and pasteli spoon sweet

The mixed salad with grilled manouri and pasteli spoon sweet is an original salad that will excite everyone.

When you display this mixed salad on the table with the grilled manouri and the sweet pasteli, everyone will start the critique until of course they try it!
There, doubts and teasing such as “you became a gourmet” will stop automatically.

And all this with a salad….
A simple green salad but with two wonderful yiam ingredients!

 

Ingredientes for 3-4 people:

200 gr. mix baby salad leaves (spinach, arugula, lola)
2 beets with their sexes
1 lemon (juice and zest)
1 tbsp. spoon sweet pasteli yiam
6 pieces of roasted yam manouri

 

Preparation

Boil the beets with their leaves and after they cool, cut them into small pieces.
Mix all our salads with the juice from the lemon and the olive oil from the roasted yam manouri.
Cut the “roasted yam manouri” into smaller pieces and add them scattered to the salad.
Add the  yam pasteli spoon sweet on top.

Serve in a small saucepan with a handle to intrigue the company even more.
