Description
Veggie hotchpotch, ratatouille or whatever else it may be called around the world, it is a dish of season’s vegetables in tomato sauce. Together with some rice and feta cheese you will think you are eating “gemista”, the famous greek stuffed tomatoes.
Ingredients: Aubergines 20%, potatoes 20%, zucchinis 20%, sweet red peppers 10%, dry onions 10%, extra virgin olive oil 10%, garlic, tomatoes, spearmint, salt, pepper.
Serving suggestion: fresh bread and feta cheese.
