For 4 “packets”:
4 thick slices of feta cheese (about 1 cm)
4 sheets of phyllo dough (or other pastry of your taste)
4-8 tbsp of yiam green tomatoes ketchup
Take one sheet of dough, brush it with olive oil, fold in half and brush it once more.
Place the feta slice in the middle of the sheet and spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of the ketchup (depending on your taste).
Fold the pastry in a way that forms a packet with the cheese inside it.
Repeat for all the pieces and place them in an oven pan.
Brush the top with some extra olive oil or egg yolk and bake at 200 C˚ about 15 min until golden-brown.
Serve as an appetizer with cherry tomatoes or chopped tomatoes without the seeds.
