The sea breeze, the sound of the waves, and the soft filtered sunlight under the canvas tents set the perfect backdrop for a midday meal we’ll never forget.
Aura and her amazing yiam team will be there to treat us the way only they know how. The little reed hut is already in place and serves as an improvised but fully functional kitchen, from which amazing aromas and flavors will be coming to life.
Our dining area is laid out directly on the sand – no chairs, just colorful rugs, cushions, and low tables. A cozy, laid-back setting, right next to the water.

We still can’t forget last year’s live mushroom risotto that Kostis prepared for us up in Kissavos. This year, he whispered something about a savory cheesecake in a glass, some shrimp, and cold beers… He’s up to something, and we can’t wait!
