Our smoked eggplant spread is a refined take on one of Greece’s most beloved appetisers. Fresh eggplants are slowly roasted over an open flame, developing a naturally rich, smoky aroma, then blended with yoghurt and extra virgin olive oil. The result is a smooth, velvety spread with balanced acidity, subtle sweetness and an authentically Mediterranean character.
Full of depth and flavour, it is delicious spread on bruschetta, paired with cheeses and cured meats, or served alongside grilled vegetables and meats. A distinctive Greek appetiser that turns simple ingredients into a memorable taste experience.
