Quince Jam – From Our Estate in Agia
The fragrant quinces from our estate in Agia, handpicked at the peak of their season, are gently simmered with concentrated grape juice and a hint of licorice root to create a jam with a golden hue, silky texture, and rich, aromatic flavor.
With no added sugar, it preserves the natural freshness and authentic taste of the fruit. A jam with mild acidity and characteristic autumn aromas – as only quince can offer.
Serving suggestion: On warm bread or brioche with butter, stirred into yogurt, paired with goat cheeses, or even as a base for chutney or a glaze for roasted meats.
