
My love for cooking and the need to make the most of our agricultural products were the starting point. 27 years ago I started processing them, first for the home, for us.
And just like that, what started out of necessity eventually became my life’s work.
The first workshop was born in Lamia, at home.
Then came a professional space, and somewhere there Yiam was born.
They soon began to travel – to the delis of Athens, to stores throughout Greece and abroad.
Since 2002 we have been in Agia, on the fertile plain at the foot of Kissavos.
A small town full of fruits and scents – ideal for continuing this beautiful journey of flavors.
From the beginning until today, we maintain the classic method of preparation that we used at home: we cook jams and sweets in pots, in small quantities. This traditional way ensures that our products are processed with care and retain their natural characteristics.

I feel very lucky to do what I love.
I like to believe that with my work we keep traditional recipes alive, bringing them to the present day.
And every time someone tries a jar of Yiam, I hope they taste something more than just jam.
