If you want, you can make it a little spicy with a little boukovo and take it off.
Materials for 4 people
1 kg of shrimp cleaned from the shell
150 gr. Tomato sauce with peppers and feta cheese yiam
50 gr. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup chopped parsley
100 ml dry rose wine Manolidis winery
Preparation
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
In a pan, lightly saute the shrimp with the extra virgin olive oil.
Extinguish with wine.
Add the “tomato sauce with peppers and feta cheese yiam” and bring to a boil.
Remove from the heat, finely chop the parsley and add it to our frying pan.
Serve as it is with the pan the fried shrimp in tomato sauce with peppers and feta for even more color on the table.
