1 jar yiam mushrooms and caramelized onions
500gr Arborio rice
1 glass white wine
1 liter hot water or vegetable stock
Warm the butter in a small pan and add a whole jar of yiam mushrooms and caramelized onions.
When hot, add the wine, lower the heat and add the rice, stirring continuously.
Gradually add the boiling hot water (or vegetable stock) every time the rice has absorbed the liquid.
Keep stirring almost continuously until the rice is nearly done.
Remove from heat while still runny, it will become firm while cooling, the whole process should take about 15mins.
Serve hot, sprinkling some grated cheese if desirable.
