For 4 servings:
500gr Fusilli or similar pasta
1 jar yiam capers ragout with olives
Finely chopped parsley
a ripe tomato cut into cubes
Boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
Drain them and put back into the pot. Pour the whole jar on top and mix well.
That’s all there is to it!!!
There you have a delicious pasta salad that can be served as a first course.
Or it can be a light meal on its own, especially for summer!
It perfectly finds its place on a party table.
It can accompany a cold roast-beef dish, or other prepared meat products like smoked ham.
If preferred, you may add fresh parsley leaves and some cherry tomatoes cut in half.
