Ideas to cook with “yiam sweet & hot Florina peppers”
It is a sauce, but it has the savor of a jam.
Sweet and hot. It kicks me off my feet!
I keep a jar in my workshop and every day I feel the need to open it and have a bite…just to remind me how much I like it!!!
It is something that hardly ever occurs to me and I don’t even like spicy-hot stuff!
Every time I taste it a new way of using it comes to mind.
Why not fry some traditional country sausage with big pieces of quince, or leeks, or mushrooms…
After cooking them for some time, I shall add one tablespoon of “sweet & hot Florina peppers” and stir it while cooking for a few minutes.
It can be delicious next to some rice, French fries, or omelet.
I can grate some feta cheese and let it melt inside, it would be perfect with wine for cold winter evenings.

Then I‘ll shape them small and fry them. I may serve them like that during a picnic, or put them in a tomato sauce with French fries on the
side, what a feast!
The rest of the jar will serve as a dip for the French fries in the middle of the table. Mm!
Ah! What if I marinate the chicken wings with “sweet & hot peppers” mixed with some ketchup?
Perfect! I can grill them for the pot-luck dinner party we‘re invited to on Saturday… Yippee!
