fresh green salad with “yiam grilled manouri” and pine nuts

not just one more salad

To serve 4
Rocket, parsley, lettuce, spinach and other green salads of your choice well washed and drained1 jar of yiam grilled manouri cheese
3 tbsp pine nuts
Juice and gratings off one orange
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
¼ cup olve oil
Warm a non stick pan very carefully sautee the pine nuts until just golden.
Cut all the greens as coarse as you like and place in a large bowl.
Drain the manouri cheese from the oil in the jar, cut in chunks and add to salad together with the pine nuts.
Mix the balsamic with the orange juice, the olive oil and the orange peel gratings and some salt.
Pour over your salad and mix.
