800gr ground beef well mixed with the yiam mushrooms and caramelized onions
8 slices yellow cheese, whichever type melts easily
1 bottle yiam green tomato ketchup
6 yiam pickled volvi cut in chunks
4 burger buns, sliced and warmed in the oven for 3mins at 200C
8 slices of bacon, fried or grilled
Spread the green tomato ketchup and chunks of volvi on the bottom of each bun.
Lay on top the burger, then two slices of cheese, a lettuce leaf and the bacon.
Cover with the other half of the bun.
Ready to serve.
