For 4 servings:
2kg baby potatoes
1 jar yiam lemon and lime with brown sugar marmalade
1 garlic clove
Oregano, olive oil, salt
Empty the whole jar in a small pan with 150gr of water and heat until diluted.
Cut the potatoes about 2cm thick and put them in an oven pan with the garlic finely sliced, oregano, olive oil and the jam mix.
Bake at 170C˚ for 25 minutes. Serve with any kind of grilled or barbecued meat.
It’s a lemon flavored sweet & sour taste.
